Haoqintech began its journey in the process equipment industry with fermentation and liquid culture systems, developing practical experience in stainless steel equipment, hygienic process design, and system integration.
As our engineering capabilities and project experience have grown, we have gradually expanded into a broader range of industries, including biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical processing, natural and botanical extraction, chemical processing, and other hygienic process applications.
Today, our project experience covers a wide range of process equipment and integrated systems, from individual stainless steel vessels and process components to complete equipment integration, process piping, and on-site installation.

Project 1
Liquid Edible Mushroom Spawn Fermentation System in Armenia
As mushroom producers look for more efficient and consistent cultivation methods, liquid edible mushroom spawn, also known as liquid culture, is increasingly used as an alternative to traditional solid spawn.
A well-designed liquid spawn system can help improve process consistency, simplify scale-up and provide better control over sterile transfer and fermentation conditions.
This case study presents a liquid edible mushroom spawn fermentation system designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned by Haoqintech for a client in Armenia.
Project 2
The project involved a liquid edible mushroom culture production system built around multiple sanitary stainless steel fermentation tanks.
From the available project footage and our project experience, the system included:

Filters installed as part of the fermentation system
